I paint to liberate women from lives of voluntary martyrdom through a visual artistic experience that reveals the intangible essence of their Inner Leading Lady.

At age 20, I was jolted into reality after my mom died.

Suddenly, I realized that I had spent 20 years diminishing, changing, abandoning, hiding, and betraying my most true self - which prompted my personal commitment to live for myself and no one else.

Reconnecting with their most true, raw self (their Inner Leading Lady) allows women to fulfill their deepest desires as they step into their spotlight - which is celebrated in my paintings.

After all, this is their one life - not a dress rehearsal.
